Freestyle for Triathletes
These 90 minute clinics offer both new and experienced swimmers a deeper understanding of how to move through the water with ease, fluidity, and SPEED. We abandon the idea that we must work ‘harder’ to improve, and instead adopt a ‘practice smarter’ mentality. You will learn how to swim with your whole body versus just arms and legs. Coaches guide you through a methodical sequence of ‘mini-skills’ and allow time to practice applying the focal points to your ‘whole stroke’.
