Open Water Training

Sunday Open Water Swims are designed as practices to meet the needs of varied skilled athletes.  Participants may elect to do a long course or short course/specific skill development track each Sunday.  This is a beginner friendly outlet designed to help you achieve whatever your 2017/18 swim goals are! Swims will vary from ‘point-to-point’ courses and ‘triangular buoy’ courses.
