Homeschool Hurricanes Swim Team

This program is designed to meet the needs of swimmers wanting professionally coached practices dedicated to improving stroke mechanics and focus in the water. Freestyle for Triathletes

These 90 minute clinics offer both new and experienced swimmers a deeper understanding of how to move through the water with ease, fluidity, and SPEED. We abandon the idea that we must work ‘harder’ to improve, and instead adopt a ‘practice smarter’ mentality. You will learn how to swim with your whole body versus just arms and legs. Coaches guide you through a methodical sequence of ‘mini-skills’ and allow time to practice applying the focal points to your ‘whole stroke’.
